Oemah Kumbakarna ini mungkin akan selalu jadi tempat kalau singgah lagi di Jogja jika berbanyak. Pelayanannya keren, tempatnya luas (parkiran bisa 6-7 mobil), gak terlalu jauh juga dengan pusat kota.

Villa yang tenang, nyaman, bersih dengan fasilitas lengkap. Pemilik ibu Vinta dan Mak Wiji sangat responsif membantu. Villa yang bisa menjadi rekomendasi untuk menginap kembali saat ke jogja

Pengalaman menginap yg menyenangkan. Lingkungan perumah yg bagus rapi tenang dan nyaman. Sekuriti juga sangat ramah dan tidak mempersulit. Pak Adi sebagai tuan rumah sangat detail menjelaskan dan sangat membantu kami. Rumah yg sangat nyaman dan bersih. Fasilitas lengkap, bahkan banyak fasilitas tambahan seperti bahan makanan dan fasilitas untuk anak2. Seperti berasa di rumah sendiri. Sukses dan sehat selalu untuk Pak Adi dan keluarga.

nice place, nice surrounding, a quite place after 9.30 PM. for group of people who likes to sing along and a little noisy the place is not suitable. but for the people who love a quite place and peacefully environment, this is the one. thank you for having us at your place.

A nice place to stay for a family of five. There are only two rooms, so we still could have our privacy and time together. Although you might need to be extra careful when bringing toddlers, because the pool side could be slippery and the pool is quite deep for a baby. Nice tv, super clean bathrooms (which is very important for me), and well circulated air and lights. The place is pretty far from shops or city center, so good if you have a car although the parking might be a bit challenging but manageable. Fit for those who wish to get away from crowds. Pack your food, spices, meat, and all so you dont need to go anywhere 😅. Also, they provide complimentary (fruits and instant noodles) which is soo unexpectedly helpful. Hahaha. Kudos to the host! Looking fwd to be back!! xx

Very beautiful villa with huge rooms, fantastic paddy fields view, very cozy. Mr.Tri also very helpful and try his best to make our stay comfortable. Location near many tourist attractions with less crowded traffic. Highly recommended place to stay.

Definitely one of three best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Novi and Bjorn’s place is really amazing! The heritage home gave us a very homely feeling and too comfortable to go out for attractions visit! We can tell a lot of effort has been put into to the detail to make it clean and cozy. Thanks Pak Tunggal’s hospitality and also showing us around to share more about the history of this heritage home. The location easily accessible by Grab to Malioboro street in 10-15 min, walkable distance to a grocery place with eatery. I am sure I’ll come back again for my next trip to Jogja!

Rumahnya bagus, nyaman, dan luas dengan 4 kamar, halaman depan bisa parkir 2 mobil, dan ada teras belakang. Suasana perumahan, ada warung/toko kelontong di dekat rumah. Perlengkapan dapur dan amenities lengkap. Dekat dengan tempat wisata seperti gembira loka.

Can't say enough good things about this place. I booked it because of the great reviews and they undersold how amazing this place is. Not only is the home charming and well furnished, but the level of care and service is unbelievable. The home is well stocked with little treats and drinks to help you settle in and breakfast was delivered to us. Unfortunately the timing didn't work for us but there in even an option to have local food delivered. The hosts are so kind and considerate and gave us plenty of recommendations. I cannot reccomend this place enough!

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a really great experience. The villa looks exactly like the photo: bright, stylish, and super clean. I loved the overall vibe, it felt cozy yet modern. It’s also well-equipped with everything you might need. It has a water dispenser, cooking and bathing amenities, even some complimentary snacks (mie Sakura was a nice touch!) The check-in process was smooth, and Mbak Tuntun, who takes care of things on-site, was really helpful and made sure everything was comfortable during my stay. Virgia, the host, was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. If you’re visiting Yogyakarta, I’d definitely recommend staying here. I’d be happy to come back here as well!

We had a wonderful stay at Winarti's place. She provided a twice a week cleaner to come keep the place tidy. We had a little front porch where we could sit and have tea and enjoy the garden. The house was well-equipped and had enough AC minisplits to keep us cool, even during a heat wave. The house had plenty of hot water, and the shower was very good. The house is a town house in a gated community with a manned security gate. We were a short cab ride from everything. You can use Grab for cab rides, and it is very inexpensive and easy.

I had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s a beautiful place to stay with lots of character. I loved the use of wood, and the furniture, and even the Batik pattern of the wallpaper, some really nice Javanese touches. It’s very comfortable and clean. The host is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

The place is clean and quite comfortable for spending time with big family. The owner is friendly and responsive, if you ask for something, they prepare it quickly. For this price, it's already really good. Just don’t expect too much—it’s worth what you pay for.

Everything was nice and feels like home. Helpful staff. Nice neighbors. Near to center of jogja. The house located in small street, but it’s okay lah as long as a car can get through. Overall nice nice, definitely will come back again.

The property is quiet and spacious, neighbors are friendly. Location is central and close to everything. Full kitchen, well stocked, very clean and also spacious. All 4 rooms connected to the main “living area” convenient for groups large or small. Thanks to Henry and mas Berkat for a smooth check-in, checkout and peaceful and restful stay in this hidden gem.

I had an amazing experience. the room was clean , spacious and had beautiful ricefield view & garden. I loved the most was the building it self. it has a stunning traditional design and a unique architectural style that reflects the local culture beautifully. I will come back again

Rumahnya bersih, nyaman, dan sesuai dengan foto. Fasilitas berfungsi dengan baik, lingkungan sekitar juga tenang karena ada di perumahan Host-nya sangat responsif dan ramah, selalu cepat menjawab pertanyaan dan membantu jika ada keperluan.

A comfy house. Its located very near to Malioboro, the house looks exactly like in the photos. The house is very clean, it has 3 bedrooms. the house is big, I think it can accommodate around 10 people. Evelyn is very responsive and friendly. My family really enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay at Daniell's place. Fast response and easy to communicate. Surprised with welcome packs including breakfast corner, fresh fruit and warm tea and cold drink when we arrived. The caretaker, Pak Muji, had already turned on the AC to beat Yogyakarta's hot weather. Fresh towels were provided with 5 🌟 hotel quality. The rooms smelled amazing, really had a good night sleep. The problem was only upstairs bathroom, it shower head need to be fixed asap. This property doesn't provide washing machine as laundry service is very affordable in Yogyakarta and easy to find. Will recommend this place to everyone visiting Yogyakarta.

Great place

The stay was good. We enjoyed cooking and feel like home. 2 cats kimi and komo entertained us. Sri, the housekeeper was friendly and helpful. Excellent traditional Javanese house and beautiful garden. We loved the plants and the surrounding.

If you want a private peaceful area but not far from the center of the city, this place is the best. Bring a family with baby or toddler you will got peace of mind knowing the area is far from traffic but also not “remote”. There are nice cafe next to it, owned by the same person. My favorite local dish: miedes. Delicious, unique, and you can’t find it anywhere outside south jogja.
