Located near amazing place's for eating, hiking, making barbecues, lakes and amazing nature. Their is way to come by car + 1 minute walking or by chair lift(summer)

Отвън има просторна слънчева веранда гледаща котленския Балкан , двор с люлки за децата и паркомясто за автомобил . Допускат се домашни любимци .

Zum Ferienhaus führt eine teilweise mit Steinen belegte Forststraße, die mit Eigenmittel gebaut wird. Zu regnerischen Zeiten ist das Ferienhaus nur mit Geländewagen erreichbar. Wir organisieren gern den Transfer Elena bis zum Haus.

В Арт-къща за гости има 3 спални, във всяка от тях могат да спят от 1 до 3 души. Към всяка спалня има отделна баня с тоалетна, в двете стаи има изход на голяма тераса с хубава гледка. В просторна дневна има голяма маса, кът за сядане с два дивана и фотьойл, TV, кухня с хладилник, печка, съдове, кафе-машина. Един от диваните е разтегателен, може да побере две души допълнително. При къщата има арт-ателие за керамика, където вие можете да направите нещо уникално от глина.
