Mökissä on vuoteet neljälle, kaksi makuuhuonetta; yksi parisänky ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta, sauna, keittiö ja erotteleva käymälä. Lisävuodemahdollisuus 2:lle olohuoneen levitettävän sohvan ansiosta. Olohuonetta ei saa pimeäksi. Pihassa on siisti kompostoiva käymälä ja käyttövesi saadaan käänteisosmoosin avulla merestä.

Villa Monto d'Oro is an old ranch in the quiet rural Tesjoki area of Loviisa, 1 hour drive from Helsinki. The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

The house was built in 1948, just after the Continuation War. Information about its history is a bit difficult to find, but at some point the house has been inhabited by stevedores working in the nearby old port, and from that the house has been named the "stevedore house".
