The stay was very pleasant. We were with the family. Kids enjoyed the place very well. Jeejo was very helpful. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the property. They have provided a shower in the garden which is very useful when you return from the beach.

If you're looking for a cheap getaway and merge with nature, this place is for you. Mind you the house is small, but the environment makes up for the quaint little place. We felt one with nature and got to experience a vintage era. Overall it was a refreshing and mesmerizing experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property! The location is unbeatable — we spent most of our time on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunsets right outside the door. It's a perfect spot for both families and groups of friends. The place is clean, comfortable, and having parking available was definitely a big plus. We had an amazing stay at Mr. Ravi's place in Alleppey! His hospitality was truly exceptional—he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Each morning, he greeted us with freshly brewed coffee, which was the perfect way to start our day. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests made our experience unforgettable. The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a serene environment, making it an ideal retreat. Mr. Ravi also shared great local tips that helped us explore the best of Alleppey. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and would highly recommend staying with him! One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic BBQ we enjoyed in his beautiful lawn—an experience made even better by his helpful and friendly nature.

A beautiful and sunny place near enough facilities needed for a relaxing holiday. Safe, friendly place near a most beautiful church, and Just walking distance to Marari beach. Home, has everything you will need, amazing hosts and a lot of privacy. The food provided by the Alieen (Reynold’s Wife) was absolutely amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed it. A little way out of the city but accessible and a lovely neighborhood This home is the perfect place for a couple and families. We stayed for 3 nights and had such a great time. Thanks to Mr. Reynold and his family for the great memories!

The place was as seen in the pictures. Check-in was smooth. Jesso was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off in his car. The rooms are spacious. Kitchen had all the necessary cutlery and appliances. The house is located in a peaceful neighbourhood.

It's a calm ,spacious and beautiful place. Nice restaurants nearby and food delivery is available . Sheeba is very responsive and proactive. The plcae is clean and meticulously maintained. Ideal for a large gathering .

This always a great stay at allepey which was really private, super clean and had the most friendly hosts we've ever had. Was really sweet of them to have a beautiful complimentary breakfast prepared for us. A private pool to top it off.

The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

We( 8 people+ 1pet)had stayed for 2 days at this beautiful property of Ammachiveedu this Christmas. This heritage property is well maintained along with all modern amenities for a great comfortable stay. Beautiful lawns and pool added to the beauty and the kids thoroughly enjoyed them with badminton , frisbee and water polo. The best part of the property for me personally is the all glass dining room which is welcoming and pleasant.Staff especially caretaker Ebi and Owners Alexander and Sanjo were super helpful and friendly. It is located conveniently at heart of city making it easy to move around and order stuff. Also, the tourist locations like Kumarakom, Kuttanad and Makarikkal are all under 30 mins drive from the location. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to explore in and around kottayam!!!!

Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

My family of 16 with2 kids stayed at this place during our visit to Alleppey. This is a beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The host Paulson was very helpful. The evening we reached, the local restaurants were not delivering food as there was horrible traffic because of a local music fest. We took Paulson's motorcycle to get food. My family absolutely loved the stay, kids enjoyed the badminton, cricket, carrom and card games a lot. The only suggestion I would give is to put gates for the small indoor pool. It's a risk for people staying with small kids.

It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

The inclusive breakfast was plentiful and filled me up all day and cooked to my personal vegan tastes..nothing was too much trouble for Lili .. Helpful advice from Sreekumar on where to go and how to get there … Will definitely return again.

Beautiful property. The beach is very close to the property and you can really enjoy a private time there with your family. Shamil was really helpful and responsive. He arranged an early checkin for us and was throughout very responsive to all the queries. The caretaker Varghese was very sweet and helpful and arranged whatever we needed during the stay. The nearby restaurants also delivers to the location and Swiggy was also available. Would recommend this if you need to live by beach side and want to have a peaceful time.

This is my booking and experience through Air BNB. Truly appreciate Air BNB and the Host. Host was very helpful due to heavy traffic we reached very late but even late night when we called he responded and guided us. Felt very homely. Truly worth for the price paid. Two suggesstions The house should have a small ups for the lights and fans. Went with my 83 year old mum and during frequent powercuts had to run with the mobile lights. Outside beautiful place for kids to play but as both sides of the house we have farm lands hence snail and leeches were seen. But the host had the powder to eradicate them. This is not a complaint but jus a suggestion. Once again thanking Air BNB and host sijo for the great hospitality. God bless you

We had a truly wonderful stay! The location was incredibly serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. A special highlight was the adorable dog, Kittu, who added so much charm to our stay. The hosts were warm and welcoming—they even accommodated us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The boat is beautiful and the staff very helpful. Lovely food and a lot of nice suggestions from the staff - kayaking, massage and fish market.

My friends and I stayed here and the views were too good. If you are looking for a laid-back staycation to just relax please come here! Harshan and the caretaker Rojin were super responsive. They took care of every single thing we needed. It is about 20km from the city but that is exactly the kind of escape we wanted. Food app deliveries are available so thats not an issue. Overall wonderful experience it was.
