This brand new, fully renovated in Juanuary 2025 apartment is in the center of Koukaki , just 10-20 minutes from Akropolis, Philopappou Hill, Plaka, Thiseio and Monastiraki. Its location is good because it is very close to public transportation (Syggrou-Fix metro station is 7 minute walk). Down the street from the apartment there are many cafés, tavernas, bakeries, bars and in a few meters from the house you will find stores you will possibly need like supermarkets, pharmacies, car rentals, etc.
