Donji nivo se sastoji od dnevnog boravka sa ugaonom garniturom, trpezarije i opremljene kuhinje kao i sopstvenog kupatila, gornji nivo je spavaci blok sa francuskim lezajem. Apartman poseduje i malo dvoriste sa garniturom za sedenje i prostorom za pusenje. Parking prostor ispred objekta je javni i ne naplacuje se.

The top part on a hill is the house with green area all around it with a beautiful view. It has a kitchen like barbecue area and a huge wooden table under an oak tree.
