The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

The villa is an entire home (200 square meters) of three floors in a big garden (700 square meters). We hope that our guests will feel like home. Welcome to ArtHill eco villas, 5 private villas set on the hillside of Nikiti. Each handcrafted villa comes with its own private pool and uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea. Each eco villa spans two levels and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen living area which spills out onto the terrace. The villas are light, airy and spacious, designed to let the outside in.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
