It takes about 5 minutes by car from Niijima Port and a 3-minute walk to the beach. It is a Japanese traditional style room(12㎡). Located in the center of the island with souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bicycle rentals, car rental, etc. You can enjoy a barbecue in the large garden. (There is a chargeable barbecue stand) Luggage can be stored before check-in and after out.

　敷地内には総国産ヒバ木材で作った薪サウナが設置してありその横には薪で沸かせる露天風呂とシャワーがあり芝生エリアでインフィニティチェアーを持ち出して自然と鳥の声に癒やされながら整うも良し。 　敷地奥には蚊帳を装備したガゼボを設置してあり大きな木のベンチシートで読書にコーヒーなどを楽しむも良し。 　天気の良い夜には敷地の樹木に囲まれながら箱空と呼んでいる夜空に浮かぶ星を眺めるのも良し。
