Vous séjournerez dans un studio moderne et tout confort situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un petit immeuble typiquement bruxellois, dans une belle avenue arborée. Plusieurs commerces (supermarchés, boulangeries,...) se trouvent à proximité immédiate du logement. Le centre ville est facilement accessible depuis le studio (15 minutes en transports et 10 minutes en voiture). Les transports en communs sont proches de l'appartement et il est également facile de stationner son véhicule dans le quartier.

Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! L'appartement possède un espace bureau pour télétravail. Juste à côté de la gare de chemin de fer "Meiser", connections directes rapides en quelques minutes en train S pour les Institutions européennes. De l'aeroport BUS 12 stop: Meiser (prendre l'avenue Rogier) Tram 62 pour NATO/EUROCONTROL 10 minutes.

Comprend un lit double et un canapé lit et peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Salle de douche et toilette séparée. Il au 3e étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. 😌A 5 min des commerces, restaurants et transports en commun. Centre ville à 35-40 min en transports. Parking gratuit à 7 min à pied de la maison ⚠️ pas de visiteurs autorisés.
