If you like to be out in nature, cross-country skiing, picking berries/mushrooms, hanging out on the beach, or just getting away from the city pulse, this accommodation at Brännäset is something for you! Sörmjöle is located on the coast about 20 km south of Umeå. There are buses to Umeå several times a day. In the village, there is a convenience store, and Hörnefors is about eight kilometers away – there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, bathhouse, gym and train station.

Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. Guests have the entire house at their disposal. The house includes an integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake and an ice hole for winter swimming. An idyllic place only about a 10-minute drive from Umeå.

You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Inne i stugan har du två sovrum & en mindre toalett. Ett fullt utrustat kök finns att tillgå&i allrummet finns 2 soffor& tv. Från sofforna kan man få en glimt av utsikten. Finns en studsmatta på tomten som får användas på egen risk. Vid några tillfällen kan grannens barnbarn vara där&hoppa, vi informerar innan!

Detta unika boende låter dig sova uppe bland fåglarna. Njut av utsikten från ett trädhus 6 meter upp i en tall. Dess 8-kantiga form gör att huset känns rymligt. Ungefär halva ytan utgörs av en stor säng med plats för två vuxna och 2-barn. El är indraget, ett litet element ger värme långt in på hösten. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Here you can relax, meet the farm animals or discover nature in the beautiful surroundings. Proximity to Umeå River, about 150 meters from the farm.

Rummen på övre planet skiljs åt av en övre hall. Draperier finns för dörröppningarna mellan hallen och sovrummen.
