這間住宿的地理位置十分優越，步行五分鐘就有一間大商場和地鐵站Farrer Park。 我居住的是男女混住的四樓，該層完全沒有任何異味，無論是走廊、床、牆壁、櫃子，都超級乾淨。自己的行李會有專屬的櫃子可以放，有鑰匙可以鎖起，不用擔心行李被盜竊。 在睡覺時床邊有簾子可以拉起，私隱性高，晚上時該層的住客很安靜，窗外隔音很好，冷氣溫度和燈光也十分適合。 不僅如此，四樓的廁所和浴室讓我很意外，因為非常乾淨也沒有任何味道，相信是因為該層的住客衛生意識十分好，我覺得很幸運。廁所還具備了很多支牙膏，吹風機很大風和很熱，頭髮吹乾得很快。 雖然是男女混住，但幸好我上層住了一位女生，使我很有安全感。如果有機會再來新加坡，我會選擇再入住這間住宿，但希望下次可以安排在僅女生入住的三樓。

A modern, clean, low-cost hotel which is very well located and ideal for short trips to Singapore. Check in was extremely easy on the app. Two minutes walk to the TJ MRT and surrounded by restaurants and bars, as well as being close to the CBD. Room was cosy but comfortable, and had all amenities required, even a TV. Shared bathroom space was kept clean, and there was also a nice kitchen space.

The room had everything I needed, a clean and comfortable bed, a small desk with a chair, a large mirror, and some space to hang some clothes. The bed was especially comfortable, which I really appreciated. If you’re traveling with more luggage, there are lockers available, just make sure to bring your own lock! The shared bathrooms were clean and maintained daily. Communication was always friendly and quick. The location is excellent, you can walk to most major attractions and if the heat gets too much, buses and the subway are always nearby and easy to use. Thank you, Fang! I would happily stay here again anytime. 🙂

well decorated and clean. the water dispenser is appreciated. host is very responsive even late at night..the bathroom shower door was spoilt and they responded and sent someone to check the next day. the cleaner should have noticed the spolit door and reported it to have it fixed. there was some inconvenience but we still have the other toilet to use and everything else was fine.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and right at home staying in this house. All the necessities—such as shampoo, shower gel, water dispenser, towels, comb, brush, cotton buds, shower cap, cups, and even two small packs of snacks—were generously provided free of charge by Jecenia. There is also a snack bar with additional items available for purchase, which I found both thoughtful and flexible. There are two adorable cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛ in the house who enjoy being around people and allowed me to pet them. Jecenia is a very friendly and helpful host, and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends if they plan to visit JB in the future. The location is also strategic, as it’s just a 10–15 minute drive to Johor Customs and the Johor Larkin Bus Terminal.

Upgraded to a beachfront apartment. Very nice, with a large balcony and a view of the ocean. The view was stunning. Great service, great communication, and a great beachfront apartment.
