We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

The spacious 70m² two-bedroom apartment, with an open-plan design, has been carefully renovated to offer the highest standard of comfort. The view extends to the terraces of the Singerriedl vineyards and local church. Facilities include a kitchen, coffee machine, flat screen TV, telephone and safe.

The result is a spacious, comfortable living area within 500-year-old stone walls. The property contains a full kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, a living area with streaming TV, three bedrooms that sleep 8, and two and half bathrooms. The house is perfectly suited for both families with children and groups of adults.
