Two exclusive Rest Green microhouses located on the cliff of Šventoji river in the lap of nature will provide an unforgettable rest for visitors, who can access private mini beach, swim, use football and volleyball courts, outdoor barbecue, relax in a hammock or on the terrace. The interior is minimalistic but carefully planned with many amenities. We can also offer paid activities such as kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, archery, guided hikes, observing celestial bodies through a telescope.

The Old forestry apartment

Surrounded by forests and lakes, the charming high-ceiling apartment provides an exceptionally calm and cosy retreat, alongside a broad range of activities at a hands-reach. Wooden floor and recreated French doors play up a pleasant historic vibe of our century-old 75 sq.m. home. South-west facing windows allow you to sleep till midday and enjoy warm sunlight in the afternoon. Far from city lights and bustle, nights are quiet and peaceful. A cabin by the lake with a big bridge. The place is newly built using ecological materials. The cabin is very cozy and has a healthy steam sauna. The floors are heated, there is a fireplace both indoors and outdoors. Furthermore, there is hot water, a kitchen and a sleeping place in the attic. * Note that the sauna and the hot tub are not included in the price. * Also note that there is another summerhouse in the property where other guests might be staying.

Bonanza Terra is built on the idea of sharing space, time, and the simple joys of life. Cozy cabin in the woods, where everything is in one open space : there’s a double mattress bed in the attic and a comfortable sofa-bed for two downstairs. Please note: Hot tub is not included in the price. But available upon request for an additional 60€ per session, paid securely via Airbnb only. A one - time 20€ pet fee applies for the entire stay.

The apartment is uniquely located in a recently renovated former school building. It has a one of a kind view of the sculpture park and the beautiful Sartų lake. The walls are covered with natural Lithuanian clay which gives the apartment an unique character. It’s filled with vintage details like the old stove still in tact to honor it’s rich history.

Log houses in old farmstead

A farmstead founded by our great-grandfather even in the year 1871 offers serenity, private stay and comfort. Two separate log houses, sauna house, hot tub with jacuzzi system and many entertainments. The lakes of Ilgis, Klykiai, as well as Aukštaitija National Park, are found nearby.
