Bij mooi weer kun je in de voortuin zitten. De voormalig Pastorie staat op een plek van waaruit je lekker kunt wandelen en fietsen, zo de polder in. Steden zoals Leiden, Den Haag, Amsterdam en Rotterdam zijn makkelijk te bereiken (auto) Ontbijt alleen mogelijk bij uitzondering (tegen betaling).
