På småbruket er det hester og kattunger. Bær busker og frukt trær. 2 min gange ned til badebrygge ved vannet. 12 minutters gange ned til sjøen med fantastisk sand strand. Småbruket ligger på averøy og har egen gårdsbutikk med egenproduksjon av mat og interiør. Mange turmuligheter og kun 16 min fra Kristiansund by.
