Living room/kitchen with sofa bed for 2 persons and dining table for 6 persons. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, including some spices. Bathroom w/combi machine sink/dryer as well as a nice sauna 4-6 persons (2 hours use is included in the rent). All you need to bring are towels and bedding. Private parking outside the residence. Here you can rent skis/alpine and have access to 40+ slopes and a large trail network in winter and many trails and bike trails in summer. Norefjell Ski and Spa are a short drive away where you will find spa, climbing wall,++ and good restaurants. The cabin located 15 min from Noresund city center. Nice high standard cabin for rent. Located in a small private cottage field with a short distance to Norefjell ski center. Walking and skiing trails in umidellbar. The next village is Noresund. There you find shops and gas station. 1 floor contains hallway, stall, large bathroom with sauna, 1 bedroom with family bunk, (Space for 3), Living room and open kitchen solution. In the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms + small living room with sitting group. It's also a day bed. Sleep1: double bed, sleep2: 2 single beds.

View Villa -suitable for several families together

The rental is located down in the valley with a view to the mountains. The house is a part of the Leir farm. It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain. And if you want to ski up, the trails go over the fields all the way to the ski lift, provided there is enough snow. Or you can make your way along the old farm road through the forest. It starts behind the stable There are beds for 12 guests. Bed linnen are included.

It is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The house has four bedrooms with beautiful views, a living room with wood stove, a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. There is a TV on each floor and WiFi. The terrace has cedar furniture, a fire pan and fantastic views.

Great family cottage with sheltered location on the Deep Sea, only 8 minutes driving distance to Norefjell ski center/Bøseter. The cabin was built in 2008 and has a total of 5 bedrooms, loft, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms (2x Shower), sauna, large kitchen with integrated appliances (Oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine) and great patios with fireplace. There are prepared ski slopes right outside the door.
