Cozy small and quiet apartment of about 55 m² with fenced garden on the south side. Location: Right on Eifelsteig 8 "The Tuscany of the Eifel" Layout: - entrance area / Living room with small dining table, seating -bedroom with double bed - Kitchen with skylight - bathroom with shower / washer / dryer / towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and has basic cooking supplies such as oil, vinegar and spices.

The accommodation is located in the beautiful village of Frauenkron, close to the border of Belgium. The studio has free WiFi and free parking on private property, motorcycles can be parked inside. For hikers and cyclists, various routes start across the street from the studio. To avoid confusion... we only heat the outdoor sauna on Saturday evenings. And is not heated by the guests themselves! One pet is allowed.

The apartment is only 5 minutes away from Lake Kronenburg and the Kyllradweg [Kyll cycle path] (Europe's longest bicycle route). It has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub & toilet. Tea, coffee, sheets and towels will be provided. I run several apartments on the same property so that larger groups can be accommodated. Feel free to ask if we can connect several apartments spatially.
