Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Hot tub on the terrace, sauna and a lovely outdoor grill and pizzaowen for a cozy hangout. The rent includes 1 canoe for 3 per person, and bicycles to borrow.

Black House - Silent Nature

The house is located right next to the forest. People who come here for the first time often say that the surroundings remind them of the tales of Astrid Lindgren. Just 2 km away you have access to a lake with sauna (shared with others) that you can use for free. On agreement you can charge your electric vehicle at our place (200 meters away) with type 2 , 11kW for 3sek/kW. Towels/linens are NOT included, but can be provided for 150 SEK/person. Cleaning can be added for 1500sek.

Welcome to our brand new (2022) and modern house nestled in the heart of the beautiful Småland woods in Sweden. Surrounded by lush trees and situated right next to a small tranquil lake, our house offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our house is located in the nature reserve of Lake Åsnen, only 200 meters from the lake itself. This is an area known for its stunning natural beauty and abundance of outdoor recreational opportunities.

Nybyggd sjöstuga precis intill vattnet. Endast 3 meter från trädäcket till sandstranden. Höjdpunkten är att insupa solnedgången vid den fantastiska grillplatsen omgiven av sjön. För den som gillar att vara aktiv, finns både båt och kanoter att låna, så du kan utforska vattnet på egen hand. Sjöstugan ligger i ett vackert kulturlandskap, med en kort promenad på knappt en kilometer till Linnés Råshult – en plats full av historia och naturskön charm.

Lillstugan Övrefåll

Relax in this peaceful country home in the middle of Småland. Accommodates 2 adults. Simpler kitchen. Fridge/freezer. Bath, toilet,sauna in separate building. Patio with access to a barbecue. The surroundings offer a lot of nature for nice bike rides and walks on gravel roads/asphalt roads with minimal traffic. If you like to fish, you live here at a convenient distance to several good fishing lakes. Possibility to rent a boat.

Country houses

Bright and fresh apartment , located close to the forest and about 300 meters from the lake . Swimming area is about 1600 meters . Ljungby town 12 km from the house. Sheets , bath towels and final cleaning are included ! It is possible to charge the electric car at an additional cost . Note wifi is available but very unstable due to the forest around.

In a little småland village you find our loft in the barn. Close to the Åsnen national park, with lovely walking trails passing lakes and forest. Child-friendly, romantic village full of horses and other animals. Great for families, and even those who look for a comfy place on their own. Ask for borrowing bicycles or kayaks!
