Great Apartment and Great Host. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable all the time. The view from the apartment is just amazing. Definitely would come back again and recommend everyone to stay at this place.

The apartment is just perfect. Comfortable layout, quality furniture, nice house with a closed area. Nearby is the cafe Kompot, where it is delicious and inexpensive. The beach is a 15 minute walk away. A couple of steps away is a supermarket with everything you need, pharmacy, in the courtyard of Nova Poshta post office, 7 minutes by taxi to the center. Inside the apartment is perfectly clean, tidy, very cozy. There is everything you need - towels, bedding, soap, any dishes, coffee maker and capsules with coffee before it, tea. Many thoughtful little things that made our stay as comfortable as possible.

Wonderful apartment! We were happy. The apartment is close to the sea and close to everything you need. The apartment is clean with wonderful flowers. In real life, the apartments are more beautiful than in the photos. Hostess was very thoughtful and friendly. Would definitely go back there again!

We had an amazing stay! There were two of us, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful and spotless — even better than we expected. Everything was perfectly clean and tastefully decorated. Communication was excellent, and we felt truly taken care of. A special thank you to our wonderful host, Julia — she was kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment has everything for relaxing with the family. The apartment is warm, light and clean + a wonderful view of the Cathedral. Be prepared for the stairs, the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator)

While I didn’t actually stay here due to the war, it looks like a beautiful spot and I hope to visit one day.

Georgy is a great guy, we are grateful to him, the vacation was a success. The apartment matches the description, stunning view from the panoramic windows to the sea. The apartment was clean, everything necessary for living was prepared. The sea is within walking distance, convenient access to the sea, 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. House with underground parking, convenient access. Check-in was quick and convenient.

Great place to stay. The location is super, very center of it. The apartment is equipped with all necessary (furniture, appliances).

Having stayed at other apartments owned by Анжела I had a good idea of what to expect, and I was not let down. It is very secure, quiet, and spotless with all rooms meeting good to high standards (the kitchen has all utilities to allow cooking at the apartment) Just over 5 minutes easy walk to the main street of restaurants and bars, makes the location perfect. Анжела is also a great host, making everything simple, check-in and check-out and very responsive IF you have questions.

A great place to relax and soul and body. Just what we were looking for in isolation. The house is very cute, everything is well thought out by the hostess to make the conditions as comfortable as possible. Everything is neat and clean. There is a patio with a table where we often ate outdoors. The area is landscaped, a lot of trees, so we did not suffer from the heat. Lovely barbecue area. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea, but the view is worth it! The beaches are a godsend! There are very few people, the waterfront is cleaned. Pines grow - we often found a good shade under them. Everything is totally worth the price. Thanks.

Did not stay here and unable to comment - booked the unit as a way to help the community during the Russian attacks. Praying for all Ukrainians - we stand with you!

Great location in frequented part of town. City Center. Historic character. Cookable kitchen and well stocked food store one block. If I am lucky enough to be in Odesa again I would contact Victor or his always helpful fluent english speaking son Vladislav.

Beautiful space with small but nice swimming pool, sauna shower, like a small spa. Only small problem this morning with hot water, but we was going outside and the lady that take care of the space was immediatly arrive. Also location is good, 10 minute walking from the deribasoskaya, theatre, potypmki scalera ecc. A small place of relax.

Everything was wonderful! The sea is nearby, close to Ibiza and other entertainment in Arcadia

We stayed with a large group, everything was great, a lot of space, a lot of space, well-maintained and neat. Sauna and summer pool are clean. It was pleasant to communicate with the host Yuri. I recommend.
