You are welcome to explore the 33 acre property and a must see is the panoramic view from the hill. The quiet tree lined dirt road behind is a perfect walking trail. This farm is 35 mins from Adelaide and only 10 mins drive to shops or local eateries. We invite you to experience life on a working farm.

The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Terra Firma - 1850s Floral Cottage

Take a step back in time. Built in 1850, this cottage was once occupied by the very Caffreys after whom our street is named. The cottage is structurally identical to how those European settlers would have inhabited it. The thick walls are fantastic for keeping both the summer heat and winter cold out. Workers, holiday-makers, and day-trippers have come through this place, each having left their own little mark. And hopefully, the soul of this place will make a bit of an imprint on you too.

Designed and fitted with new pieces throughout each room. Established in 2018, situated amongst the gum trees in the McLaren Vale Wine Region Bundaleer Cottage is a wonderful place to stay for special occasions. Set for one or two couples, it features a beautiful rural outlook onto vineyards and a small forest. The front veranda looks onto the gum trees of the Heritage Beltunga Homestead. We have very good access for wheelchairs. We are also pet friendly on request. If requiring both bedrooms, a service fee will apply for the second bedroom.
