Holiday rentals with a patio in Kulai

This is my first time subscribing to Airbnb. It feels like home. It is clean, tidy and comfortable. The transportation is very convenient. There are convenience walk downstairs have stores, coffee shops, restaurants, Indian and Malay food, desserts and drinks. It is a very good work holiday experience. I will come again next time. A Truly Exceptional Host – Thank You, Jeff! I had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s Airbnb in Johor last weekend. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described – but what truly made the experience special was Jeff himself. After I returned to Singapore, I realized I had left my thing behind in the room. I was worried and thought they were gone for good. But to my surprise and relief, Jeff went above and beyond – not only did he find them, but he also personally returned them to me in Singapore during his planned visit. I was truly touched by his honesty and kindness. It’s rare to come across such a genuine and helpful host. Jeff is not just reliable and responsive, but also incredibly thoughtful. I’m so grateful for his help and highly recommend staying at his place if you’re ever in Johor. You’ll be in very good hands! Thank you again, Jeff!

The owner is very responsive and friendly, easy to deal with, the house is very clean and comfortable. Very clear instructions during check in. There are many beds. The iron and ironing board work well. There also iron man that will accompany you during your stay! Highly recommended.

Clean stay, when I say clean is an understatement. Mt Austin is nearby so is a good location to be staying at. Quiet surrounding too.

Amazing villa, had a great time with family. Swimming pool is perfect, has a great outdoor area for small BBQ. The living area is quite big and a well equipped kitchen. The rooms are quite big as well with attached bathroom. We had a great time!

The place is clean and well maintained. All the listed facilities are working well. Wang puts in effort to maintain the unit and is also attentive to make sure that we are comfortable with our stay even with the small details. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you very much.

This house is super safe as its the first house of the Taman and right in front of the security post. Which is gated and guarded 24x7. Your car is parked withing the compound literally right under your noses!! Not at a carpark 30-100m away. The house itself is clean and has a simple renovation, emphasizing on "spaciness". Able to accommodate up to 12 adults. Wifi and modern entertainment like netflix are readily available. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and serene environment, away from busy streets and city noise. Children will enjoy the space at the corner. Big enough to run around. We also chit chat at the gazebo over coffee and enjoy the outdoor and sunset. Besides this, no problem in getting to popular places like IKEA, Aeon Tebrau, Toppen and Austin Heights area for abundance of foodies!! Will definitely return and stay here in the near future. Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

The spacious corner-lot home is perfect for big groups and comes with great amenities like a private pool, BBQ set, and karaoke system. Surrounded by lush plants, the place felt peaceful and cozy — our kids especially loved the swing and open space. It was a comfortable, fun-filled stay that made us feel right at home. One thing make me suprised, the home has bath tub and potty for kids. Also, a small playground is prepared in the house. This is super bonus when come to a family which travel with kids, just like me. This is not just family friendly home but also kids friendly. Highly recommended for family or group vacations!

The place is pretty good. Surrounding was peaceful and free of car/motorcycle noises at night. Very comfortable studio-type room with all the basic amenities needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to help out with whatever we need as well. Overall great stay! Would book again next time

Good and responsive host, the unit is spacious, with new Aircons, clean and come with kitchen. the unit is right above haidilao, and next to popular shopping centres like city square, very convenient. Toilets show signs of wear and tear. overall a good stay.
