We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Kuttikanam! The place was immaculate, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the outdoor private pool, it was a major attraction for our group and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a group of 10, we had plenty of space and felt right at home. The caretaker was exceptional, always available, incredibly helpful, and so kind, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-kept place with great hospitality, this is the perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Though it is not close to Vagamon, excellent home to stay and Cristo is very friendly. I can give 100 out of 100 for the home food made and services by the host. We were lucky since it was rained, so we got very good bath at the falls behind the house. Thank you for all the service

Nestled within a lush tea estate, this villa was an unparalleled experience of tranquility and luxury. The infinity pool n surrounding landscape, making it the perfect spot for relaxation,and serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. Especially Bibin sir,he ensured everything as well as safety as we were all females friends only.Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in nature's lap.

The property is truly a hidden gem. We were all genuinely delighted upon arriving and seeing how beautiful the place was. The weather worked in our favor as well, with a gentle drizzle that added to the serene atmosphere. The view from the property is simply stunning. The space is impeccably maintained, cozy, and offers ample privacy—ideal for a relaxing getaway. A heartfelt thank you to both the caretaker and the chef for their excellent service. Shiju, the caretaker, was always reachable and extremely helpful throughout our stay, and the meals prepared felt wonderfully homely. A special mention goes to ‘Cookie’, the energetic and adorable pet dog, who brought so much joy to our visit. I would confidently recommend this property to friends and family. Please continue the great work, and I truly hope to return someday.

Awesome property surrounded by greenery the pool is amazing . we can spend a whole day just there only.. worth the money and the hosts were very helpful.

The location of this vacation home is perfect- literally a few feet from the reservoir. George was helpfull and gave local restaurant suggestions and places to visit. Definitely coming back.

Great place to be in if you're at Vagamon with great views from the stay. Arjun and family were fabulous and friendly people with a proactive approach and always in touch. Great food if you're a foodie, had a blast with the non-veg food they served. Will definitely visit if possible.

Very beautiful place nearby a river. a hut is also made there were we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner. the stay was in between jungle so we could hear birds chirping n sound of the river as well..

Emill is an amazing host. He was proactive to call and check on us as we were late for the check in. He received us personally and gave all the instructions needed for our stay at his place. Our experience at Anumole and Joshy's Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful. Right from the start, they made us feel incredibly welcome, providing all the necessary information about the place and local area. The house was a delight - clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. The cozy living room, fully-stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms made our stay very relaxing. Mr Avinash was an excellent host.He was very responsive.We didn't find any difficulty in checking in.He and is wife came in person and ensured a hassle free check in and gave us a home tour.The house was very clean and well maintained. It was as described in the pictures.Bathrooms were clean and house had all amenities required for our stay .Such a beautiful well maintained beautiful house in a calm atmosphere. He also connected us with a nearby hotel so we could have our food delivered home.Even the check out was also easy. I will definitely recommend this to everyone who are coming to visit ilaveezhanpoonchira or muttom town.

This place is a beutiful ancestral home converted into homestay right in the middle of hilly farms away from city noises. To top that the place is clean,cozy and has a small car parking shade and if needed you can use kitchen. The entire homestay of 2 bedrooms is given to a single group so make sure you are 4 or more to enjoy it to fullest. There are no market nerby so make sure you have your necessity with you before check in . Subin is a very friendly guy and will help you with food orders and local sightseeing,safari bookings.If you are interested he will show around farm and variety of spices. Important point: home stay being in hills is bit tricky drive last 1.5km with steep ascent and descent. Please always take Subin's help to cover this distance. Make sure your car breaks and tyres are in good condition. If not request him for alternate parking in the village. Overall recommended homestay with great host.

This place was really amazing to stay. It gave a very homely feeling with minimal clutter and clean interiors and very hygienic. It has a really big and elaborate organic garden with huge varieties of vegetable, fruit and flower plantations. The host's family stays on the ground floor and we get the entire first floor with 3 bedrooms and thus following the Kerala Homestay guidelines and thus, it made us feel safe and whenever we needed some help, Anandu's father would come and help us in any way possible. Anandu's father is very sweet, has a caring and helpful nature and was very responsive. Even Anandu himself was really responsive and helped us over the phone, with the stay and gave suggestions of what we can do around the stay. I feel they should be AirBnB's superhost. They can however fix one of the bathroom's fixtures but other than that, there was not a single issue. Overall, it was well worth it to stay at this place.

This is a beautiful property, exactly as shown in the images. Contemporary and modern style home, very tastefully done. The manager was very sweet and helpful. They have local women who come to cook really delicious Kerala style food. Our stay was very peaceful with very pristine and beautiful view of the hills, tea estates and lush green trees. They also offer treks around the area, if the weather permits. The host was very responsive and flexible too. Highly recommend!

The host was very proactive in the communication and arranging everything we requested for. Rajesh's cooking was a wonderful addon. Anyone looking to spend time in vagamon, this is going to be a perfect choice.

Located on a hill with great view, fully functional kitchen for groups, very responsive host n care taker as well, 20 mins drive from vagamon town, they do have big speaker n barbecue setup n finally felt like a home. highly recommended for a group of 6-8 people. It needs basic maintenance plumbing maintenance, apart from that, everything else is perfectly functional.
