Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kunnathidavaka

This was so far one of the best homestay I have been to. The owner was friend and help. The place is no less than a villa. He also arranged bonfire in this backyard. Brought us fresh fruits while checkin. Gave recommendations about places nearby. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting with a bigger group and want to spend a great time within nature.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was stunning, impeccably clean, and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene surroundings – surrounded by lush coffee plantations, offering both privacy and a homely atmosphere. Special thanks to the caretaker who was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

We Visited the Place for a short stay of 2 Nights. The Villa is located in an exotic location surrounded by greenery of tea garden and mountain ranges around the property. The Host Pavithra and her team were cordial to help us and helped us with our needs during our stay. The Place might be slightly far from major View points in Wayanad, but offers a perfect getaway into serene natural beauty of Kerala.

Cicily is the best host I’ve met till now. She never said no to anything. She was helpful all throughout. The apartment was a nice unit almost in the middle of the forest. Food was also very tasty. The hospitality and service was more than what we paid for.

A nice place to chill out with your friends and families. Ashu the manager is very responsive and helpful! Right now they have two beautiful mini cottages with attached bathrooms. At least 2 people can stay in each room. The outside setup is beautiful you can spend hours and hours in the garden area with a mesmerizing green hilly view of the Western Ghats. Just one thing we faced network issues over there and the wifi strength was also not good. Will request management to set up a strong wifi, other than this everything was pretty great. I will recommend everyone to stay at this place as this provides a great gateway from the tedious life!

Ideal for visits with friends or family, it invites your creativity and offers a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. If you seek a meditative and peaceful environment, this location is perfect. The owner was polite, friendly, and respectful of privacy while being cooperative. With four bedrooms and a spacious kitchen, there's ample space to enjoy cooking, though the utensils provided were somewhat limited. Overall, the experience was very positive.

A beautiful pristine villa that's stunning and looks just like the pictures. I recommend staying at this place as it is the absolute best in and around Kozhikode/wayanad surroundings. This is a luxurious stay thats well maintained and has a spacious bedroom, the highlight apart from the stay is the pool that is for both adults and kids. The owner has paid great attention in maintaing and keeping the villa safe, the gates are automated (open &close) that can only be operated by the guests/owners to ensure there are no trespasses, the door have digital number locks, even watering the plants/garden is automated which is super cool. Mr Sanesh the caretaker is a gem and creates a personal atmosphere, he makes sure we are absolutely comfortable and provides key details to make our stay safe and enjoyable as possible , he even goes above and beyond his work by taking us to nearby places for our requirement. I must say I'm truly happy and will book this place again in future.

If you are looking for peaceful stay with no city or crowded hustles, I would totally recommend this place. Host is so kind and friendly, felt at home.

Beautiful property with stunning views all around. It's perched on the side of a hill overlooking the beautiful valley. We spent most of our time in the pool itself, and watching the sunset from the pool felt otherworldly. Food was also readily available via a delivery service contact provided by Joby. However a thing to keep in mind is that the approach road to the property is pretty difficult to navigate, but doable. Also the kitchen could do with some more usable stuff such as cutlery, bowls and cookware. Overall, excellent stay and we 100% recommend the property.

We stayed at nivaasana with my family for 3 days, a beautiful cozy home and Rachana was a great hostess, answering all our questions in a timely manner and making sure our travel was comfortable to and from her home. The rooms were very clean with balconies and great views. Also it is located at a walkable distance to many shops in Kalpetta town. We were served freshly prepared delicious meals and it was simply the best! Rachana also recommended and arranged local sightseeing trips for us which was very helpful. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend!!
