A cozy and beautifully decorated studio apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

Villa Monto d'Oro is an old ranch in the quiet rural Tesjoki area of Loviisa, 1 hour drive from Helsinki. The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

This special home is located in the center, i.e. Kotkansaari, in the main port. Just a stone's throw away, the Harbor Arena, Vellamo, and the new Xamk campus. The market and shopping center Pasaat are about 400m away. Conveniently reached by car and train, and with your own entrance and keypad, you'll be able to check-in flexibly on your own schedule. However, please note that on weekdays, check-in is normally from 5 PM.

Guest House Marjala

Guest House-Marjala is located in Koivula, Kotka. The beach of Kaliainen Kymijoki is less than 1 km away. Guests have private use of the yard house and terrace. The living room has a practical and well-equipped kitchenette. Guests can enjoy a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and an electric sauna. Mechanical ventilation and an air heat pump ensure a good night's sleep. Parking available in the carport for two cars.
