Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. A new, rough studio apartment with a French balcony, located in the green landscapes of Puijonlaakso, next to Kysin and the university. Private parking space in the yard. Accessible to the apartment. Kuopio city center is 2.5 km away. Right in front of the apartment is a bus stop, from which two lines run in 10 minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, which continue to Puijo. Next to it is also the beautiful Sammakkolampi and a cozy park area with a beach.

Here you can enjoy the heat of the wood-fired sauna and relax in the outdoor hot tub. In the apartment you have a 140 cm double bed, dining table, dressing room with washing facilities, toilet, fridge, microwave and kettle. The property also has a carport with electric car charging (extra charge). The apartment is located in the courtyard of a detached house, in a separate building. Good outdoor terrain for hiking and frisbee golf, among other things. Linens and towels will be provided, as well as a hot tub and sauna.

A handy little studio in the garage of our detached house. Private entrance. Toilet, shower, fridge in the mini kitchen, combination oven/microwave, hot plate. Sleeping loft 180 cm wide. Sofa bed that can be spread out at the bottom 80 cm or spread out 160 cm. Air heat pump for cooling/heating. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. If you don't have sheets, you can borrow them by asking. 5€/person. Parking is available in our yard, local buses every 30 minutes.
