The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

The apartment has cooling ventilation, new furniture and a high quality level of equipment. The bedroom has blackout curtains. The apartment is in a tower house built in connection with the new travel center. Buses and trains depart from next door. All downtown services are about 5-15 minutes' walk away. For free parking in the adjacent parking garage, we need a registration number.

Surrounded by pineforest for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms. Only 0,5km to the village with different services. There is electicity, washing water coming from lake and fireplace heating. There is a rowbout for fishing, terrace and dock for swimming and spending time by beautiful lake scenery. There are some neighbours nearby.

Auton voi jättää viereisen kadun varrelle tai Kuntolaakson maksulliseen parkkihalliin. Asunnon kaikki tekstiilit pestään hajusteettomilla pesuaineilla.

Mökissä on tupakeittiö alkovilla, makuuhuone, sisäwc, suihku, pukuhuone ja sauna. Lisäksi lasitettu terassi infrapunalämmittimin ja pihalla palju (lisämaksusta 100e). Ilmalämpöpumppu ja kunnallisvesi. Iso nurmipiha. Ranta on matala ja osin hiekkapohjainen. Soutuvene ja 2 sup-lautaa vuokralaisten käytössä!
