In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

In winter you can enjoy skiing, from spring to autumn a trail park, cycling and hiking in beautiful nature. Apartment Ela is the smaller of the two apartments offered, but very cozy, suitable for couple or two to three friends. The apartment can be internally connected to the Bella apartment. Green cottage under Klínovec

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
