A brand new mountain apartment with a generous layout 3+kk (52m2) is located in the immediate vicinity of the Klínovec Ski Resort (250m to the ski lift). The apartment has 2 bedrooms for 2+2 people, a living room with a large sofa, a kitchen with all the amenities, a dishwasher, a microwave and a classic oven, a TV and a bathroom with a shower. The advantage is the luxurious environment of the apartment and the above-standard terrace of 23m2 from which there is a beautiful and undisturbed view of the Loučná valley. In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

In winter you can enjoy skiing, from spring to autumn a trail park, cycling and hiking in beautiful nature. Please note that you will be required to pay a mandatory tourist tax of CZK 50 per night for each person over the age of 18.
