Felt just like home. Absolutely peaceful , safe and comfortable location.Thee amenities very great, cricket indoor nets, swimming pool, a lake,petting zoo. Inside the house everything required was equipped and Ashish was always available for any help. We met a caretaker as well she was helpful as well. Great place to stay and a well equipped kitchen as well as plenty of places near by to explore includingrestaurants, imagica and others. Will definitely visit again.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff especially nitesh bhai and rahul bhai. Lovely and great first impression of Villa. Everything about the stay was exceptional.

With housekeeping just a call away and home made meals kept my diet in check without any hassles. The evening cup of chai with sunset view is mesmerising and helps calm down your stress at a greater level. If u are looking for for something simple yet calm n peaceful then this is the place. Serene surroundings and well kept place. Host was very helpful and thoughtful. She made sure my stay was comfortable specially that I was visiting from germany. Zomato and Swiggy was easily available I would definitely recommend this property and the host for future guest

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

We stayed at this BnB for 2 nights and had a wonderful time, especially our two dogs, who absolutely loved the spacious lawn area. The home is inside a gated society, which felt safe, peaceful, and perfect for a short getaway. The private pool was great for relaxing afternoons (though not big enough to swim), while the clubhouse pool was clean and perfect for a proper swim. The host also had a cycle available, and it was fun riding around the society’s quiet lanes. One of the highlights was a short hike we took to a nearby river with our dog, it was a lovely experience and made the trip even more memorable. The caretaker, Shailesh, was excellent. His service was prompt, and the food he prepared was delicious and homely. The portion sizes were a bit small, but the pricing is reasonable, so we simply ordered a bit more. Overall, we had a really enjoyable and memorable stay. Highly recommended, and we’d love to visit again!

Our stay at this beautiful property was nothing short of magical — photos honestly don’t do justice. The lush garden stretches like your own private landscape, and the serene lake-touch view is simply breathtaking. At night, the moonlight reflecting off the water creates the most peaceful and surreal setting. Sherna, our host, was incredibly responsive. A special heartfelt mention to Munshi and Sunita—this stay wouldn’t have been the same without them. Munshi, the ever-smiling and warm caretaker, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always around yet never intrusive. And Sunita… what a gem! Her food was honestly the highlight of our day, every single day. Home-style, packed with love, and absolutely delicious—every meal felt like a warm hug. She made us feel like family, not guests. It’s rare to find a place that feels so personal, peaceful, and cared for. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Thank you Jainam .. the stay was comfortable, the staff (Mohit) was very warm and took good care of us .. the home was lovely and the views are spectacular.. happy to have found a perfect place for a getaway which was cosy, serene and pet friendly. Food - most occasions was nice.

The stay was way better than what the photos showed – truly exceeded my expectations. The host was wonderful, the caretakers were extremely helpful, and overall, I was more than satisfied with the experience.

Nice property with all household amenities....Air conditioning was not there but it is not require... air flow is very good in this property with a huge terrace having seating arrangements...Amenities are at par with the price....Sandeep is a very prompt responsive host.
