Welcome to a cozy and modern cottage in the mountains of Jämtland! The cottage is within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to Gräftåvallens ski resort. At the ski resort is Fjällgården with good restaurant and small local life. For more downhill skiing there is Bydalen about 20 minutes by car. The cottage is located at the end of a dead-end street - hence little car traffic in the area. Access road to the snowmobile trail just behind the cottage. Proximity to hiking, fishing and berry picking. Beach and fishing in Häggsåssjön about 7 km.

Cozy mountain lodge in lovely Gräftåvallen, Bydalen 7 beds, glassed-in patio, broadband 500 Mb, large terrace in sun mode near the calf mountain. Close to prep ski tracks and hiking trails 3 km away is Fjällgården with resturang, pub, shop slalom slope. Bydalens nice ski paradise is only 15km away. A stone's throw from the cottage is the fäbodvallen with a troll trail and a fishing ladder for the younger ones. Large trampoline. Several barbecue areas and a large barbecue area. Fäbodvallen is surrounded by a cozy creek and cross country.

Cozy mountain cabin with direct connection to the mountain

Large charming cottage almost directly on the mountain incredible views and very quiet and quiet. As for downhill skiing, it is Ski in/ski out location. Just under 100 meters away, you can get directly out into the hill and can slide down to the lift, from here you can also ski out on the mountain . At the ski valley station, the cross-country ski tracks also start. 5 km of elljus and a big track system. For a larger range of ski slopes, Bydalen which is 17km away and has Sweden's fifth largest lift system

Cottage beautifully located on former farmstead. Beautiful and quiet location about 4 mil southwest of Östersund. Here is close to the mountains, forest areas and the Great Sea. The farm is 600 meters away from the village center with Ica shop, pastry shop, pizzeria, petrol station, health center and more. The house is next to the house we live in and is surrounded by a large lawn on a growing yard plot where you have access to your own patio.

This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!
