Stuga under köksrenovering våren 2025. Luftkonditionerad stuga ( nr 48 ) med naturtomt och utsikt över vattnet. Från den nybyggda terassen är det endast ca.25 meter till den egna privata bryggan. Finns en separat plats för att sjösätta sin egen båt alldeles bredvid stugan. Stranden har djupt vatten så lämpar sig för simkunniga. I stugan finns 2 sovrum, vardagsrum/kök, toalett, dusch/bastu. Stugan ligger placerad bredvid en annan stuga. Ca 3,5 km från Åva hamn Ca 21 km från Torsholma hamn.

Huikea merinäkymä panoraamaikkunoista ja poreallas meren yllä, 150m2 terassilla. Omaa rantaa yli 100 m ja ympärillä Saaristomeren kirkasta vettä. Keittiö ja kylpyhuoneet ovat erittäin korkeatasoiset ja näyttävät. Autolla pääsee pihaan ja latauspisteellä lataat sähköauton. Losseja kulkee koko ajan ympäri vuorokauden. Meidän ihastuttava mökki sijaitsee luonnonkauniissa saaristossa, Kustavissa - tontin parhaalla paikalla kalliolla, lähellä merta ja rantaa. Luonnon ja rauhan arvostavalle täydellinen kohde! Hyvä sijainti ja lumoava näkymä Iniön aukolle. Mökki sopii parhaiten 4:lle henkilölle. Lisää nukkumapaikkoja 2:lle löytyy erillisestä saunatuvasta. Parkkipaikka on n.50 metrin päässä mökiltä. Luonnonmukaisella tontilla on myös paikoin kalliota, joka voi olla hankalakulkuinen ja liukas märkänä.

Annamme vieraille omaa tilaa ja rauhaa, mutta olemme tarvittaessa helposti tavoitettavissa. Luultavasti tapaat myös silityksiä rakastavat kissamme🐾
