The prestigious 100-year-old house has been renovated with respect for the history of the house. Nearby nature offers plenty of recreational opportunities: yard games, fishing, berry picking, swimming, jogging terrain, hunting, mushroom picking.... A yard sauna, private sandy beach/ beach, and rowing boat are available. Possibility to charge an electric car 11 kWh charger.

Leporanta, stunning chalet on the shore of Lake Kuoras

Cozy cottage completed in 2019 and comfortably accommodates 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake view. In one bedroom, a double bed (160cm), the other with 2 double beds (140cm) as a bunk bed. Shower and water toilet in the cottage. A small canopy with a beach deck, a gas grill, and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, a hot tub and a terrace with a stunning evening sun. The beach is shallow and suitable for children. The plot is calm and protected by the tree from neighbors. No pets.

Featured amenities include the downstairs of the old bustling house, which has sleeping places for 4-6 people. It is about 5 km to Alavude city centre, 6 km to Tuuri (Keskinen), 32 km to Ähtäri Zoo. The house is located 60 m from the Seinäjoki - Haapamäki railway line, where the traffic is low (a few rail bus services per day and sometimes a wooden train). The road leading to the yard crosses the railway track. There's a campfire place and a table group in the yard.
