The apartment has consistently high standards and great facilities, fully equipped kitchen, stylish decor and a short way to the pedestrian street, shops and boardwalk. Completely renovated apartment completed in 2022! Here you can enjoy everything Kristiansand has to offer with a base in the middle of Kristiansand city center. Bystranda, fishing pier with great restaurants, the spring cultural house and field street are all a short walk away. Pick up your morning coffee from one of several cafes right round corner and make a delicious breakfast in the well equipped kitchen. Retreat to this cozy apartment when an eventful day is complete! Lovely apartment centrally located in Kristiansand A few minutes walk to pedestrian street and city beach. The apartment consists of large bathroom, kitchen and living room in one, bedroom, balcony and loft with sleeping area. The apartment is therefore perfect for a small family. 2 adults and 1 child (who can sleep 2 children in the loft) In addition, the apartment has both a fireplace and heat pump. If you want to enjoy the sun, it is possible on the balcony, where it is sunny from morning to late evening.

Great Apartment located in the middle of the city center, everything is close, short to restaurants, beaches, water park(Aquarama), pedestrian street, harbors, shops, parks and activities. In the building there is a shared gym, TV/game room and 3 roof terraces where 2 of the roof terraces overlook the whole of Kristiansand city and of course sea views, terraces are furniture. If needed, washing machine can be used, must book time by host(free) Street parking free after 5:00 pm -8:00 am, parking garage nearby.

Apartment on the 1st floor of the older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NO channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 cm bed and one baby bed in the other. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

Det ene soverommet og badet er plassert sammen med gangen, og fungerer som en separat fløy. Hovedsoverommet er romslig med eget tilhørende bad. Studio apartment in a quiet street in the middle of the historical part of town in the middle of Kristiansand. Suitable for one or two persons + a child if you bring a travel cot or share bed. Only a few hundred metres to swimming spots in both the lakes and in the sea. Easy to get to and close to everything. Short walking distance to bus, train station, ferry, city centre and a stone throw to nearest supermarket. Perfect spot to explore Kristiansand city and the nearby areas.

We were well received by the host Menno, he was very nice and helpful. We felt well received, and quickly received answers if we had any questions. The apartment was nice and tidy. Everything in the description was there, and everything was clean and nice. I would gladly come back here another time.

We had a wonderful stay! The location simply could not have been better - in the heart of Kristiansand, within walking distance of the city beach and restaurants. It was incredibly nice to be able to walk to everything we wanted to experience without having to think about transportation. The host was also a big part of the good experience – very welcoming, helpful and easy to communicate with. We felt very well taken care of from start to finish, and it made the whole stay extra pleasant. All in all, a great place to stay when visiting Kristiansand. Highly recommended, both for the location and the super friendly host!

Thank you for some incredibly nice days in your lovely apartment! Here we had a great time, in the middle of the city center with a short way to everything, but in a quiet and pleasant street. The apartment was incredibly charming and spacious. We would love to come back here next time we are south, recommended!
