The dark time from late November ❤️ We live just outside Tromsø city center, with good bus connections a few minutes away. It's only five minutes to the airport. Perfect starting point to experience all Tromsø has to offer The apartment is located close to the hiking trail, in summer there are many great hiking trails in the area, and in winter there is a lit hiking trail that can be used both with skis and on foot A free parking space.

You live 5 min from the airport, and yet in nature. A few meters from the sea and a river that flows into the sea here. Around the houses you can discover a variety of animals. Reindeer often come by. Moose can make a quick visit. Otherwise, otters and weasels run around the houses. In the sea, seals and rarely dolphins swim. An excellent place to observe the Northern Lights - and if it is windless, it is reflected in the sea as well. Tromsø city center bus, about 15 mins. Sauna can be rented when you stay here - agreed later.

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.
