A cozy, small, comfortable two-level loft studio is situated on the 4th floor of a historic building that was built in 1917, that is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House and Khreshchatyk Street. “University” metro station is nearby within a 5 minute walk.This flat is a part of a small apart-hotel for 6 rooms.
