Cozy apartment in the center of Kyiv with original atmospheric design. 250 meters to Pecherskaya metro station, 20 minutes walk to Khreshchatyk, quiet courtyard. The year of construction of the house is 1969. Shower stall without hydromassage function. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer. Hot water always. Large bridge cabinet. Pleasant cozy atmosphere of the interior (pseudo vintage handmade) with author's paintings. Perfect cleanliness.

"Fish" - nice and cozy flat near river

Sunny and warm apartment, completely new. At the disposal of guests everything you need. Kitchen dishes, towels, bedclothes, hair dryer, household appliances are all brand new. The apartment is located in the center of the Rusanovka district, an artificial island surrounded by water. A five-minute walk the river embankment with a many restaurants with varied cuisine - Italian, Greek, American, European, one fish and one breakfast restaurants. The exhibition center (IEC-expo) is a 15-minute walk.

A modern space is divided into cozy sleeping and dining areas. A comfortable bed with a soft headboard is visible beyond a glass partition. A small round table with black chairs is placed nearby, accompanied by a decorative plant beside a wall-mounted television.

I would like to welcome you this luxury mini-studio, freshly renovated in 2021 in the center of Kiev. The big bed and mattress (160x200) is custom-designed by a supplier of major hoteliers. The bed is located at window level so that you can watch the street without getting up. The windows in the apartment have triple glazing so despite being in the city center, the apartment is very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Modern clean shower and toilet. Easy and simple self check-in after 14:00.
