Everything you need nearby such as shopping center Veska, Citymarket and Prisma 24/7, Lidl, Sale. Tampere city center approx. 6 km, airport approx. 11 km, Exhibition and Sports Centre walking in the backyard, Nokia Arena 4.5 km. Wonderful Härmälänranta approx. 1km. NB! the apartment is located in Toivikuja, the map view is different because it cannot be changed

Julkisia uimarantoja löytyy muutamien kilometrien päästä! Juuri remontoidussa mökissä on takka ja toimiva tupa keittiönurkkauksella, matala nukkumaparvi kahdelle sekä suuri (140cm) vuodesohva. Majoitus sopii parhaiten kahdelle, mutta nukkumaan mahtuu neljäkin vierasta. Tervetuloa!

The Airbnb is on a remote island in a lake, only to be reached by boat. No running water is available, so be aware that you will not have your daily morning shower (but a dip in the lake instead?), a water toilet or you can waste drinking water. Water for doing the dishes and "shower" comes from the lake, drinking water needs to be carried with you or has to be organized. The toilet is a classical outhouse. All this worked well for me, I even enjoyed this style of living for a few days. It gets you back to basics and makes you rethink or value your "normal" style of living. I especially enjoyed the absolute quietness with basically no human made sound. Hannu and Erja are two open-minded and kindhearted people, it was a joy to learn to know them. They let me use their sauna for free, we chatted, had a coffee together and just were good neighbors. I highly appreciate the opportunity they offer through Airbnb for living my dream of "a real Finnish experience". I would totally come back!

Anna-Kaisa's cottage offered the most wonderful weekend in a peaceful and beautiful setting. We found everything we needed to cook and bake in the cabin. The large dock area was especially lovely. The cottage was clean and the linens were ready. I definitely want to rent the cottage again!
