Have a lot of mini markets and 2 international bazars. House is fully equipped with new furnitures for example comfortable beds, bathroom, and kitchen. In kitchen have dishes came from Turkey. No problem with electricity. Comfortable and warm home. Have underfloor heating and air conditioner.

Quiet Apt Near Khiva Station

Because we were in a hurry, we chose this place because it was close to the train station.I didn't expect the host to personally drive to pick us up. We had a lot of luggage, and it was very convenient.Water and welcome cookies were also prepared for us, which were delicious.The room is very clean and comfortable, especially the large sofa in the living room, which is great for relaxing.The kitchen is fully equipped, although we didn't use it.The shower has plenty of hot water, and I had a great shower.It's not far from the ancient city, and it's easy to call a car. It's great for friends who are only staying in Shiva for a day or two.

The location of this homestay is very convenient, right on the edge of the square in the ancient city, there is no blockage in front, you can see the ancient city + sunset on the second floor, the host family is very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is very hearty, if you choose again, I will choose her home.

The owner was really kind to let us check in earlier, tell us the restaurants recommendation. Location was great, it's just in front of the station / mall. Music from the restaurant next to the house stops at 23.00. Highly recommended.
