Aquiler de habitación independiente y luminosa.

Habitación independiente, para una persona , en piso duplex, muy bien iluminado, cerca del gran parque Madrid Río, con buen servicio de metro y autobuses a pocos metros. El ambiente que encontrará será totalmente amigable y familiar. Se incluye el desayuno, que consiste en un café o té y tostada. Lo que NO está permitido es cocinar. Sí podrá calentar lo que necesite. No sé permiten visitas ni fiestas. Se alquila habitación y baño el resto de la casa es de uso privado.
