Holiday rentals with beach access in La Altagracia Province

Sebastian was very responsive and kind. His place was beautiful—located within the Sports Illustrated All-Inclusive resort, which was a unique but pleasant experience. I do wish it had been within walking distance to the beach, as that was something I was really hoping for, but overall it was a great stay. Everything was clean and well-kept. The only downside for me was the firm bed, but that’s a personal preference since I’m used to a soft Tempur-Pedic mattress at home. The main bedroom didn’t have a TV, which was fine, though I personally enjoy falling asleep with the TV on. All in all, the place was spacious, comfortable, and the host was exceptionally sweet and responsive.

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was exactly as described, really pretty, very comfortable and well appointed for our 10 day stay. The building was very quiet at night which was great. We were a little disappointed with the pool as it was broken and couldn’t be used for some of our stay but this wasn’t anyone’s fault. The pool also was a little bit dirty when we arrived (I think caused by the rain). But the beach is more than beautiful enough to make up for that! The main public Bayahibe beach is even quicker to walk to than we thought (less than 10 mins) and this is a great location. Be aware that the street gets quite flooded when it rains so bring appropriate footwear in case. Nikauly was a really great host, responded extremely quickly and helped solve any problems or questions for us. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again

El apartamento ordenado y limpio, muy tecnologico, las fotografias corresponden con las que estan en la publicacion. Sus recomendaciones fueron muy adecuadas, las zonas comeciales son cercanas.

This home was wonderful. Whenever I come back to Punta Cana I will stay here again for sure. Disappointed with the WiFi at the top floor at times. Who needs WiFi though if you are having a good time The pool is private. The neighborhood has everything you could want in DR. Right by the beach. The host was very responsive to any issue or question. Allowed my guest and I to have an uninterrupted good time. Literally 5 star stay. Grill works, pool works, hot water showers without long waits. I’ll be ranting and raving about this Airbnb for at least a yr. The convenience store and liquor store right on the first floor and same street. Just so many great things honestly. Thank you managers if this place

BEAUTIFUL home!! Nice and quiet area for a relaxing vacation. The beaches were filled with seaweed/rocks but it’s bearable enough to still swim. Every worker was helpful, nice and aided with any question. As with the airbnb, it was absolutely stunning and better than the pictures. The only thing is the water pressure was not working on the showerhead so you had to use the tiny one.

absolutely enjoyed every second of our time, the space was beautifully furnished and was very homey. Would recommend it to anyone staying in Punta Cana. The view and private pool were incredible! honestly extremely satisfied with our stay.

My sisters and I loved our little get away. There is a restaurant right in the backyard they played amazing music and live music as well (never super late music ended around 11pm). Her place was nice and comfy and so cute just like the pic. We had no complaints on the air bnb at all. A great place to stay!

Really nice house, easy to check in and out. Safety environment, house was clean. only thing i needed instructions with was how the warm water works, but that was solved. I felt at home. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy Punta Cana but also go about your own way and explore. House was close to Downtown and the main streat Av.Barcelo where there is a lot you can find as shopping malls. The road to the residence is a little bumpy but it's in development . overall great stay !

I recommend this villa 100%. Phil was an excellent host, very friendly and available at any time if you needed him. The place is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. I will definitely return to this villa without hesitation. 10/10

Lugar extremadamente limpio, todo en orden, nuevo , jacuzzi hermoso, el servicio al cliente de la host estuvo excelente. Lo que más me gustó, es la ubicación, justo al lado del coco bongo. Recomiendo esta propiedad sin reservación alguna.

Me encantó!!! Rufina súper amable y complaciente, nos consiguió un dominó y como estaba lloviendo la pasamos súper genial jugando en la noche, la playa cerca, la piscina con el agua calientita, a todos nos encantó y quedamos con muchas ganas de volver, súper recomendado!!!!

We loved our stay Casa Duran! Bryan was so helpful and responsive to our needs, from booking transportation from the airport and back to giving us help throughout the week if we had any questions. We went to the supermarket (Nacional Supermarcado) on our way from the airport and got most of the food we needed. There are some cute upscale restaurants nearby as well. We rented a golf cart and are so glad we did. Not only was it fun, but it was so much easier to explore. There are also some smaller grocery stores/ markets nearby, but they didn’t have as big of a selection. Our location faced a beautiful pool area and the ocean. The landscaping was beautiful as well and we felt very safe there. One note, is that I wish we could’ve come on a different month. We came in June and the seaweed was really bad on almost all of the area beaches, rendering them unusable & smelly. This is no fault of the condo, just nature. Thankfully we took a trip to Macao beach (gorgeous) & used the nice pool.

First of all, let me say, this is the first time I have written a review. Let me begin by saying this is THE BEST Air b and b that I've stayed in. The home is beautiful, and I loved the layout of it. The indoor outdoor floor plan is wonderful. It's like you're in a tropical oasis. It's very spacious and so are the bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable. The pool was clean, and I enjoyed the sound of the water fall coming from the beautiful fountain. There are all kinds of fruit trees in the yard, and the host gives you permission to eat them. Speaking of host. Just remember the name Felix. This man is thee best host I've encountered. If anything you need, he is there to make it right and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We didn't have a hair dryer, and right away, he sent us a brand new one. He also made his golf cart available to us so we could get around. The area is beautiful. I absolutely enjoyed my stay

Estuvo lindo y limpio, la atenciones fueron muy buenas, recomendado… si hay un olor en los alrededores, pero es algo comun en las zonas cerca a las playas, y cuando es temporada de sargazo, no es algo de apartamento, sino de la zona. Por lo demas muy buen sitio

I booked this Airbnb after my flight got cancelled last minute at 3pm and the next available flight wasn’t until 11am the next day. I was a bit skeptical at first but at the end of the day I just needed a place to lay down and relax until my next flight. Let me tell you… the price of this apartment was beyond a steal! You get access to 3 beautiful pools in this gated neighborhood and everything about the place is just so comforting; it doesn’t feel like you’re staying somewhere sketchy in a foreign place. It’s a great space for 2 couples or a small group of friends as there is only one bathroom. There’s a Mexican restaurant 4 minutes drive away called “Los Balazos” just take my word and go have some food there once you wind down you won’t regret it! As far as transportation to the place, uber is much more affordable than a private taxi and is only 15 minutes from the airport.

This was an overall great stay. The property and the unit layout is just as is shown in the pictures. There are two(2) restaurants on property, a beach bar, a gym, a beach area, a lounge co work space and a play area for the kids. There is also a main pool, and one closer the unit. To get around the property itself, and around nearby places in Punta Cuna, you will definitely need a car. You can rent one from the host with ease. They also offer airport pick up at a cost. The host was extremely attentive, super pleasant and very helpful. He was also super responsive if I had an issue, or a question. Overall, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Paradise found! Everything about our stay was fantastic. The apartment was perfect: easy to locate, well furnished and right on the beach. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the pool before making our way to the beach club area just steps away. The beach had ample space, unlike the myriad all-inclusive resorts nearby, with a great view of the water regardless of where you sat. It felt like we had our own private island, even though we were close to everything! And the host, Giacomo, was awesome, quick to respond to any questions we had and provided excellent instructions both before and during our visit. He even had listings of popular activities and local attractions, as well as nearby restaurants and shops! We rented a car for our visit, which I highly recommend, and visited a fantastic restaurant in a small beachfront town nearby that we found in Giacomo's recommendation's. If you are looking for the perfect island getaway, this is the spot. We will be back!
