Dans le jardin, accès partagé avec une 2ème maison : terrains de sport et jeux (pétanque, basket, foot, tyrolienne, trampoline, balançoire, château, crossfit). Connexion fibre. T2 30 m2 semi-detached, original and well laid out, on a landscaped plot of 4000 m2, not fenced, in absolute calm, not overlooked. The UNIQUE rental is located in the countryside and our guests have exclusive and PRIVATE access to part of the garden and the swimming pool (12x3) without restrictive hours. This criterion should be noted because being 2 in a pool is a real luxury. No English grass or rope walkways. We let nature take its course with the seasons.
