Beautiful apartment on the prettiest street in the historic center. Romantic, authentic, cozy, it has plenty of natural light, pleasant temperature, beautiful 360º views of the city and mountains from all areas of the apartment. On the first floor is the open kitchen, living room, fireplace and private balcony. A newly restored bathroom and a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a window facing the city. And to complete a nice experience, a loft with a sunset view and a hammock to relax.

An ideal place to rest and work. Close to universities: Del Rosario, La Salle, Externado, América, Los Andes. Located in the historic area of the city, near Monserrate, a few blocks from Chorro de Quevedo and Plaza de Bolívar. This place is in front of the newly renovated "La Concordia" Market Square, a place to taste the city's classic cuisine. In this space you can work or rest peacefully as it is very quiet.
