Excellent apartment in a beautiful location. I highly recommend Juani's apartment. It's exactly as shown in the photos. The reception by his brother Leandro with accurate and very kind recommendations, was more than welcome. I highly recommend staying in this apartment to get to know the city of Santa Fe. For those of us from Buenos Aires, it's the closest thing to Puerto Madero you'll find. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and nice places to eat in the surroundings.

The stay at Maria Jose's house was impeccable. The house is comfortable, nice and functional. Everything was perfect. Gallery and grill facing the garden and the river is great and the pool garden and private dock is crazy. We would definitely come back. Thank you very much for everything! 🙏

I'm always attentive to everything recommending everything from fishing tactics to business recommendations, etc. the house has everything you need, it is very comfortable has 3 floors, a beautiful patio, a beautiful pier and even a staircase to go down well to the riverbank. The house is beautiful and the photos show exactly what you will encounter. The heating, which due to the cold weather it made is my stay was a concern, it is exelente. Another point where I am very critical the comfort of the mattresses and armchairs in general and they are really good. I'm not going to describe the views because the photos show them by themselves. BEAUTIFUL. They were very friendly and always willing to solve inconveniences and responding quickly, before and during the stay. The house is in an area very close to the most touristic area of the city and very close to the center too. To recommend!
