Holiday rentals with a home theatre in La Chapelle, Paris

Spacious and very clean apartment just outside of the Paris city centre, ideal if you’re travelling by car (you will be able to park your care in a safe underground parking). Well furnished, with a good bed and shower, fast wifi and an outside terrace space. Would recommend!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Gregory und Aline! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, ruhig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass den Gastgebern das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell, herzlich und unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen haben uns die liebevollen Details in der Wohnung sowie die ruhige Lage. Auch die Check-in- und Check-out-Anweisungen waren klar und einfach umzusetzen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hadrien was a great host. He was responsive and very proactive when one of my guests had an issue with her bathroom. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean, the instructions on how to get into the apartment were straightforward and easy to follow, and all the amenities listed were available in the apartment. The location is not the best, if you are ok with taking a train from belleville to the city center that takes about 20-30 minutes total time each day, which we had no issues with, then you are good to go. If not this may not be the place for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are passing through Paris. 👍🏻

Overall, a good place to stay in Paris. Not a very touristy area but about a 6-7 minute walk to 2 different metro lines which was very convenient. Late one night, one of the metro lines was shut down bc of some problem or another so it was nice to have an alternate line to get home. We were there for two weeks so it was great to have the extra space, washing machine, and a kitchen as opposed to a hotel room. There were many restaurants and grocery stores close by. The area was busy but felt safe. Be aware that the apartment is up 3 flights of curved wooden stairs with no elevator. It was a bit tricky with our luggage especially when leaving as we went back with many souvenirs! We would stay here again.

Oliver was great host and the property was as described. Full kudos to Oliver on the apartment, its was moden with everything working and very very very clean.

Joli sejour dans le quartier du canal de l'Ourcq ! Nous avons bien profité du quartier de La Vilette avec nos enfants et super journée au parc des Buttes Chaumont. Lieu vivant avec ses bars et ses restaurants dans un magnifique cadre de vie ! Aucun bruit dans l'appartement qui se trouve en fond de cours. Bonne literie. Romain a été réactif dans notre communication. On recommande !

We had a great week in Valerie's lovely apartment. Very cosy and comfortable in an excellent location. We had everything we needed inside and the outside choices, so many to choose from, with food, restaurants, shops and lovely walks.

Loved our stay at Chanjuan's place. Apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. Pretty much half way between 2 metro stations so easy to get anywhere you need in the city. Plenty hot water and lovely to have two big windows. Chanjuan gave lots of good recommendations too!

Lovely house and very friendly host always helping and welcoming us open heartedly will definitely be my go to house when I’m next in Paris.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

what a great place! we had a business week at the Paris Air Show and the place was great for the entire team. best memories was evening BBQs in the peaceful backyard after a long day at the show. house, bedrooms, and bathrooms are great. I recommend

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Paris! Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage war super, wir konnten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrik war einfach und freundlich, er hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet und alles ausführlich erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Excelente espacio! Fui con mis padres y estuvimos 3 noches, el apartamento es muy acogedor, cómo y bien distribuido. Liên nos recibió muy amablemente y contenta, nos explicó todo sobre tu apartamento y nos brindó recomendaciones para visitar Paris. Siempre nos respondió super rápido ante cualquier duda. Incredible location and extremely responsive and helpful host. I left some artwork behind and Emma not only checked the Airbnb for it, but offered to find a replacement for me when it wasn’t there. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to Paris in the future!

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !

Adoramos nossa estadia no apartamento de Nico. Ele é um excelente anfitrião. Preocupado em nos ajudar a ter a melhor experiência possível. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, a poucos minutos de duas estações de metrô, próximo a vários supermercados e padarias. O bairro é muito seguro, tranquilo e bonito. Recomendamos muito essa hospedagem.
