Had a great week at Franck's place. Close to Metro to get around everywhere we needed to. Pastry shop and grocery store within 2 min walk. Went to pastry shop every day. Thanks for letting us use your place.

Great place to stay with lots of options to eat nearby. The location was very good and walking distance from all forms of public transportation. We felt very safe in the apartment and the surrounding area was pretty busy even late in the night. The host is very responsive and proactive. Although our checkin was a little challenging, the host was kind to hold on to the luggage while we went around the city. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Agathe was an incredible host and had a beautiful apartment for us to stay in. She let us store our bags early and then met us to show us around the apartment and gave some great recommendations around the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in Paris!!

The place was gorgeous. A dream apartment. The kitchen was perfect and there is a washing machine. The location is amazing, close to restaurants and most of all the Canal Saint Martin. Must be able to walk up 4 flights with your luggage but for us it was worth it. There is a bathtub in the bedroom but it’s cute. Overall obsessed with this place and we will be back!

Patrick and Franck's apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. Close to 2 major rail stations it is in a diverse neighborhood offering ethic restaurants as well as the traditional brasserie and a very good cafe/ patisserie. It is an easy walk to the Canal St. Martin area and several Metro lines can be found close by. Patrick and Franck had a great list of good places to eat and places to check out waiting for us which we took advantage of. The area and building were quiet at night so no trouble sleeping after a long day of walking. Their apartment is quite modern with up to date appliances and bathroom even though it is in one of the beautiful older buildings in Paris ( built in the 1850s I believe) It was perfect for the two of us. It is a 5th floor walk-up however which we were told about in advance. Patrick and Franck were easy to communicate with, answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier than we expected which was a big help. Perfect stay!

Louis has a very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, it is spacious and offers the necessary for a pleasant stay in Paris. I highly recommend this place.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

Hanging Moment. We had a great time at this Airbnb. Beyond the listing. We had a real experience that Yohann and his wife were able to create. And this one started from the first phone calls . The place is beautiful. The hosts were able to respond with brilliance to all my additional requests (decoration, breakfast). The city is also very charming. Yohann hosted us wonderfully. We had very warm and friendly exchanges. I don't exaggerate when I get back. This was our one year anniversary, I sincerely thank them as they participated in this exceptional time. I recommend!!!!

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

We enjoyed our stay with Fleuri and Goulnara very much. The house is spacious, tidy, clean, and full of natural light. It is very well-equipped and we didn’t miss a thing. The metro is very close by. We were happy to be their guests and would gladly return!

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city.
