Con questa nuova struttura, completamente ristrutturata nel 2022, vogliamo fornire ai nostri clienti un vero e proprio appartamento indipendente anche per coloro che intendono soggiornare per periodi superiori a 30 giorni. Potete trovarci già su questo sito con altri due miniappartamenti denominati come Camera Mezzogiorno e Montirozzo.

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
