Linen provided, dried in the sun, made beds upon arrival. • A private bathroom with tub and toilet, a shower room in one of the two rooms. A second toilet upstairs and a third on the ground floor. Towels, toilet paper and soap provided. • Living room of 35 m2 overlooking the 2 terraces, TV (Canal +, Canal Satellite), wifi (optic fiber), bluetooh speaker, fireplace (insert). • Large kitchen 20 m2 fully equipped overlooking two terraces (fridge, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine or Italian coffee, toaster, juicer, cookware and dishes). Seaside, a 4-minute walk from the villa via the Espanet footbridge. Our vacation home is in a quiet, green setting. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with sea views, including 1 master suite with a high ceiling, and a 3rd bedroom with a mezzanine on the garden side. On the ground floor: 2 bathrooms, veranda, kitchen-dining room, living room dedicated to relaxation: piano, books, games... Garden with ocean view, summer kitchen.
