The villa is a semi-detached house on a plot of about 1500 square meters completely fenced. Villa Baia 32 is located 70 m from the main beach, consisting of a large living room, TV, kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a toilet, veranda with outdoor dining furniture, fabulous sea view, washing machine, solarium terrace, garden with covered parking space, solarium terrace and outdoor shower. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).

Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
