La cuisine est équipée avec lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, plaque induction, micro-onde et réfrigérateur. Nombreux rangements. La salle de bain est entièrement rénovée avec baignoire et sèche serviette. Toilette séparé. La loggia vous permet de profiter de l'extérieur avec vue sur les montagnes.

Our apartment, on the ground floor, offers a comfortable living area with mountain views, open to an equipped kitchen; a cozy and modular bedroom area; a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Close to restaurants, hiking trails, mountain biking, via Ferrata, zip lines, tree climbing, paragliding, swimming pools.

The toilet and the bathroom are separate. There are several storage spaces available at the entrance and in the living space. We have fully equipped the studio so that you do not miss anything. Free parking at the bottom of the building with disabled space.

It consists of a kitchenette, a living room with a 140 X 190 bed, a table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a dresser and a shower room with toilet. A bicycle shelter is available for guests. Adjacent is a common garden with other tenants for relaxation and mountain views.

The kitchen is equipped by a washing machine, induction cooker and a microwave. The bathroom is all brend new with a large shower and towel warmer. The toilets are separated.

The apartment ,Ground garden of the chalet, is located in a residential area in absolute quiet with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.The Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live there and so am very available for guests.
