Very nice apartment equipped with everything you need. Private parking. Short walking distance, about 3 -4 minutes, to two great beaches and to a bakery where there are fresh delicious things. Supermarket approx. 5-10 min. Accessible by car.

For our first experience on Airbnb, we hit the jackpot. Jean Christian is very welcoming, his accommodation is spotless, super equipped and very functional. 7 to 8 minutes' walk to be on the port of nice beaches, and very good restaurants. So that people don't think I'm an easy sell, I'll just make a small remark about the bathroom sink faucet which is a bit difficult to maneuver!!!! (but it still works very well), but one thing that is very rare in rentals is the quality of the bedding, the mattress is really very very good quality, and the residence is very quiet, very little traffic due to its geographical location. We had a wonderful stay and give the apartment 5 stars. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace was sensational. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. High-quality kitchen appliances were provided in the kitchen. 10 minutes walk and you were at the harbor with many restaurants and shops. Bakery less than 5 minutes walk. The private parking was also a real plus. The care of Frederik 1 and Frederik 2 perfect :-) We can only recommend this apartment.

we had a great stay in Florence's apartment which was completely in line with the description. Well located apartment, quiet and impeccably clean. Pretty decoration elaborated with a lot of taste. the air conditioning in all the rooms was very pleasant in the strong heat. Florence and her husband are very nice, available and friendly. Our stay was really fantastic. The accommodation is very well equipped. In particular, the kitchen has everything your heart desires. We have newly discovered the plancha (similar to a large grill plate) for ourselves, on which you can conjure up a wonderful barbecue. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool, but it was also very well maintained. Sanary-sur-Mer is only about 5 minutes away by car and we were lucky enough to experience a music festival there. Very charming town. The apartment handover worked great. We can absolutely recommend it. Greetings from Germany

the accommodation is perfectly functional, well furnished and very nicely decorated, very clean, David provided us with everything we needed, even the household products were of very good quality and it smelled good everywhere, super well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and pillow, very practical and clean shower and I thank David for his kindness and especially his generosity to have thought of everything even in the smallest detail, we will come back without hesitation if we have to return to Hyères 😊

This is a place I highly recommend. Convenient check-in, parking right in front of the house. Everything in the apartment is clean and tidy. All kinds of living utensils are available. We really want to stay longer.

We had a lovely stay! Perfect communication. Perfectly secure: access gate, fenced, private enclosed terrace, private parking in the residence. The size and layout of the accommodation is perfect for a couple with two children. (5 and 2 years old) The sofa bed remains comfortable. The washing machine in the residence is a plus. Direct access to the beach is so nice. We'll definitely be back.

Very sweet accommodation right on the beach. We spent beautiful days here. Communication with Alexandre went absolutely smoothly and was very nice. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The only thing that bothered us a little was that it was a little noisy and there was often a party in the UCPA next door.

We were on our way to the ferry to Corsica when we learned of the dockworkers' strike. So we canceled the house in Corsica and asked Isabelle. She accepted us at very short notice and responded very flexibly to our arrival. So we were already in the new accommodation when we were informed about the definite cancellation of our ferry. The house is beautiful, especially the garden, which is a paradise. The pool was heated again especially for us and so we could enjoy a swim every day even in cooler temperatures. The house is large and well furnished. The description says the house is 400 meters from the sea. That's true, but the access is private in 400 m and we were made very clearly aware of this condition during the morning walk. If you want to go to the sea, you need a car. This is not clear from the description. But again, we had a very good time and Isabelle is a superhost. Thanks. Glad to come back.

I recommend this spacious, very pleasant accommodation, in a green environment with a hellish view of the port of Toulon. Everything was impeccable to welcome us. Excellent stay.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views. Apartment had everything we needed and high quality tennis courts and swimming pool were a real bonus. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Bus stop right outside apartment and shuttle ferry to Toulon with onward boat and rail connection makes it easy to explore the area. We hope to return!
